Free(ing) Fair Isle

From cast on: Tamarack (green), Wood Thrush (warm neutral), Apekuni Falls (rose violet), Pheasant (rust), Wild Plum (purple), Wild Turkey (red), and a bit of Blue Spruce (blue). Knitting this swatch of Homegrown is like reading a good book, I just can't put it down. One more row, wonder what this combination will do?....

Another Winter Storm Advisary

From the National Weather Service:

Up to 10 inches of snow and blowing snow in the mountains near Rural, America, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening. Rain, snow and freezing rain in the valley floor with periods of low visibility due to blowing and drifting snow. Caution should be exercised when driving. Expect temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s. Have a nice day.
